Can I change my order after it has been placed?

1. Modify Order

To ensure smooth processing, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Before shipment: You may modify your order free of charge.
After shipment:If you purchased shipping insurance, you can make one free modification before accepting the delivery.
If not, a 15% fee of the item price will apply to cover the logistics interception cost.
After delivery: Once the goods have been signed for, shipping insurance will no longer be valid. Cancellations for reasons other than quality or shipping issues will incur a 15% handling fee .

2. Cancel Order

We also recommend that you request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

Before shipment: You may cancel the order free of charge.
After shipment: If you purchased shipping insurance, you can cancel your order for free before receiving the goods.

3. Shipping Information

Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment is processed (most are shipped within 24 hours). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package status.
