Can I cancel my order with no penalty?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment is processed (most are shipped within 24 hours).

To ensure smooth processing, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We also recommend that you request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

Before shipment: You may cancel the order free of charge.
After shipment: If you purchased shipping insurance, you can cancel your order for free before receiving the goods.
otherwise, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover shipping and handling costs.
After delivery: Once the goods have been signed for, shipping insurance will no longer be valid. Cancellations for reasons other than quality or shipping issues will incur a 15% cancellation fee .
