Ⅰ. Address Change Process

Within 30 minutes after placing your order, you can edit your shipping address directly in the "My Orders" section.

Before the item is shipped, you can contact customer service for a free address change.

After shipment but before delivery, if you did not purchase shipping insurance, you’ll need to cover any address change fees. Please email our support team for the payment method and cost details.

After delivery, if the address is incorrect, please refuse the package and do not open it, then contact customer service for a reshipment. Please note that a 15% return fee will be applied to cover processing and handling costs.
