When will I receive my refund?

 1. Refund Processing Time   

Once we receive your return request via email, our team will respond promptly and guide you through the return process. After the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 1–3 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.


 2. Refund Arrival Time  

The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take 
5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider. 


If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card company to check the status.
