Incorrect Parts Installation

If you’ve encountered a problem during assembly due to a wrong size, color, or part, we’re here to help. Below are the most common issues and how to resolve them quickly.

Common Issues and How to Identify Them

1. Wrong Fork Size – Doesn’t Fit / Can’t Install

If the front fork doesn’t align with the frame or wheel hub:

You may have received a fork with incorrect length or diameter.

This issue can make the front wheel unmountable or unstable.

How to check:
Compare the fork with the wheel or frame openings and look for excessive gaps or parts that don’t align.

2. Training Wheel Size Mismatch – Can’t Install / Doesn’t Fit

Training wheels that don’t attach properly to the rear axle or hang unevenly may be:

Too small or too large for your bike’s wheel size.

Bent or packed with incorrect brackets.

How to check:
Check whether the mounting bracket holes align with the bike frame, and whether the wheels stand flat on the ground.

3. Pedal Spindle Size Error

If your pedals cannot be screwed into the crank arm or feel too loose:

The spindle thread size may be incompatible.

The pedal side (left/right) may have been reversed or mispackaged.

How to check:
Match the thread size and direction of each pedal spindle with the crank arms — remember, the left pedal has a reverse thread.

4. Wrong Product / Incorrect Packaging

If your order contains mismatched items, colors, or parts from a different product:

The bike or accessories may have been packed incorrectly at the warehouse.

Occasionally, boxes may contain incomplete or unrelated parts.

How to check:
Review the label on the box, the packing list, and compare all received items with what you ordered online.
