Damaged Parts – Unable to Assemble or Use Properly

If any parts arrive damaged and prevent proper assembly or safe use, here’s how to identify common issues and get replacements fast.


Common Damaged Parts Issues

  1. Same-Side Pedals Installed
    Both pedals are left or right side, causing installation problems.
  2. Crank Arm Threads Stripped
    Damaged threads prevent pedals from securing tightly.
  3. Inner Tube Punctured
    Tire leaks air, making riding impossible.
  4. Stunt Bike Hub Malfunction
    Hub slips or won’t drive the bike forward.
  5. Broken Hand Brake
    Brake lever cracked or pieces missing.
  6. Cracked or Worn Tires
    Tires show cracks, damage, or excessive wear.
  7. Broken Accessories
    Basket bent or damaged; plastic parts faded or cracked.
  8. Bent or Misaligned Fender
    Fender scratched, dented, or won’t fit properly.
  9. Broken Brake Cable or Clamp
    Brake wire damaged or clamp rubbing wheel.
  10. Scratched Crank or Handlebar
    Visible damage affecting function or comfort.

What To Do

  1. Take Clear Photos of the damaged parts and packaging.
  2. Send Photos and Order Number to our customer support.
  3. We’ll send replacement parts.
