At Glerc, we offer a lifetime warranty on all bike frames purchased directly from glercbikes.com.
For details about the warranty coverage on other components, please refer to our 
Warranty Policy.

Please note:  This warranty policy only applies to purchases made on glercbikes.com. If you purchased a Glerc product from a physical retail store, please contact the store directly for warranty service.

 1. How to Submit a Warranty Claim?  

After reviewing the Warranty Policy, please send an email to support@glercbikes.com to initiate your warranty claim. Be sure to include the following in your message:

  • Your order number or the email address used at checkout

  • clear description of the issue

  • Your preferred resolution (e.g. replacement part, repair, etc.)

  • Photos or videos showing the problem clearly, to help us process your claim more efficiently
