Locating Your Serial Number

The serial number is a unique identifier for your bicycle, typically found in one of these locations:

Most Common Location:

Under the Bottom Bracket (the part where the pedal cranks attach)

  1. Turn your bike upside down
  1. Look for engraved/printed numbers on the frame
  1. Example formats: m2302024190XJ2310168006YD2302124190

Other Possible Locations:

  1. On the rear dropout (near rear wheel mounting)
  1. On the head tube (front of frame below handlebars)
  1. On a sticker on seat tube or down tube
