1. Warranty Coverage
- Frame Warranty:
- All Glerc frames are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a frame fails due to a covered defect, we will replace it free of charge.
Note: Improper use, extreme conditions, or abuse may shorten the lifespan of your bike and are not covered under warranty.
- Parts Warranty:
- All standard components are covered for 1 year from the original date of purchase
- Normal wear-and-tear parts are covered for 45 days
- Claims for major shipping damage or missing parts must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

2. How to Make a Warranty Claim?
To submit a warranty claim, please email us at support@glercbikes.com with the following details:
- Your order number or the email address used during purchase
- A clear description of the issue
- Your preferred resolution (e.g., replacement part)
Supporting photos or videos to help us assess the problem quickly
3. Additional
Warranty claims initiated outside the original country/region of purchase may be subject to additional costs and limitations.
Damage resulting from improper assembly, maintenance, or adjustments is not covered under this warranty.
