How do I return a bike?

Products purchased on glercbikes.com are eligible for return or exchange within 45 days from the date of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, and in resellable condition, with all original parts and accessories included.


Please note:  Returns or exchanges due to personal reasons—not related to product quality or shipping issues—are not eligible for free returns, especially if the bike has been unboxed or assembled.

 1. Return Process  

  1. Please carefully read our return policy and contact us via email to initiate the return process. Click here to start a return.
    To ensure a smooth return process, please contact our customer service team before sending anything back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a return shipping label. To ensure a successful return, please make sure the item is complete and securely packaged.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, and if it meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
    Refunds typically take 
    5–10 business days to appear in your account.
